2004 Resident Survey

RE: 2004 Resident Survey

The Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology (ARRO) Board is conducting the annual Resident Survey. The purpose of this survey is to gain data about policies in the various programs across the country.

To make things easier, there are a variety of ways for you to complete this survey. You can log in to the ASTRO Web site at www.astro.org to access the survey online. You will need your ASTRO username and password in order to log in as a member. The ARRO survey can be found in the "Members Corner" section under "Surveys." This is the preferred response method.

You can also complete the attached electronic form by opening it with Microsoft Word, complete it on the form and save it. You can then attach it to an e-mail to Steve Smith at stevens@astro.org. If you'd prefer, you can also print the attached form, complete on paper and return it to:

We value your opinion and request your response to us ASAP. We hope to compile all of these by November 30th, 2004. This survey is separate from the chief resident survey sent out each year and it should only take you seven minutes to complete. It is extremely important that you send us your response as this will help advocate for residents across the country.

As an added incentive, we are entering all respondents into a lottery for CASH PRIZES!!! Your name on the front page will allow us to enter you into the lottery and to remove you from subsequent emails soliciting participation. It will not be used to identify your responses in any way.
